North Woods Immersion Package
Immerse yourself in the North woods of Maine with an experience you will long remember. This intimate yet inclusive adventure has just what the outdoor junky is looking for. We’ve curated as much adventure as you can handle for 4 nights & 3 full days!

- Day 1: Enjoy a scenic 1 hour seaplane ride to the tip of the Penobscot River; includes canoe ride to Lobster Lake, hiking, fishing, exploring and a delicious fireside lobster or steak dinner cooked by your private Registered Maine guide
- Day 2: Explore Maine (prices not included). Suggestions include white water rafting, Katahdin boat cruise, or ATV riding. The lodge will be happy to refer you to our neighboring businesses for these activities.

Are you planning a trip to Moosehead Lake to see North American Moose and explore the North woods? If so, this package is perfect. Stay at the Lodge and spend eight hours with our exclusive private Registered Maine guide. This trip leaves mid-day. Travel by vehicle to private and remote locations or include canoeing and/or hiking to areas frequented by our famous moose. It’s up to you.
It is common to see white-tail deer, beavers at work building a dam, loons, otters, ducks, fox, snowshoe hares, gray squirrels, possibly a bald eagle and, of course, moose. The terrain, rivers, lakes, flora and natural grandeur will be as original as the Lodge itself. Enjoy dinner prepared over an open fire or camp stove. Truly memorable!

Moose Safari & Wildlife Tours
View moose in their natural habitat and learn secrets of the North woods. Considered by many to be the best area to view Moose in the world, our guests will enjoy a private canoe journey to a remote mountain pond where our exclusive Registered Maine Guides have found secret Moose hangouts. When you leave our Greenville Maine bed and breakfast, you’ll drive about 30 minutes into the back country where canoes are waiting. Imagine paddling on a pristine pond, sighting a large rock and then with a loud swish a massive head springs from the water and looks directly at you! Along the way you might see deer, loons, osprey, possibly a bald eagle, beaver, snowshoe hare, gray squirrel and even otters.

Pontoon Float
The visual impact of Moosehead Lake embedded in the North woods is grand indeed. But if you want to experience and truly appreciate the ecology of this unique area, you must explore the many remote tributaries that feed into one of the largest naturally formed lakes in the US. How?…..with your own personal pontoon boat. Your private guide will help you explore areas few people will have the opportunity to visit. In these remote areas, you will discover the “secrets” of the North woods – aided by the trained eyes of your personal guide who can spot them like no one else. Your personal pontoon boat allows you to explore areas unreachable by large boats but without hours of arduous hiking.
Four-hour (AM or PM) trips are available with pick up and drop off at the front door of the Lodge. All equipment is provided, including waders, if necessary. These unique outings are available only with advance reservations from June through first of October.

Our elopement packages for the Bride & Groom and has everything you need for the most romantic event in your life.
Each package features a garden ceremony overlooking Moosehead Lake with an indoor location provided for inclement weather. We provide flowers for the elopement couple, along with a wedding officiant to perform the ceremony. Capture the memories with digital photos from your one-hour photo shoot. Dinner for two, a wedding cake, and much more is also included.
