Katahdin Boat Cruise
Katahdin Cruises invites you to experience history. Step aboard The Katahdin for a leisurely cruise to enjoy the natural beauty and history of Moosehead Lake. Boat is docked in downtown Greenville, Maine.

Historic Pittston Farm
329,000 acres of North Maine Woods where there's so much to do and see - all year around. The farm is about 45 miles from the Lodge at Moosehead Lake.

Lily Bay State Park
Lily Bay State Park is located in Beaver Cove (Right from the Lodge about 6 miles). The park offers visitors access to the popular central Maine region where hiking, fishing, hunting and leaf-peeping are popular activities throughout the year.

North Light Gallery
Art Gallery in Millinocket, Maine that showcases the works of artists who paint, draw and sculpt fine art of the interior of Maine.

Moosehead Historical Society
The Society is located 1.5 miles west of downtown Greenville at 444 Pritham Avenue. Here you can learn about the fascinating and colorful history of the Moosehead Lake region. Tours are available of the 1899 Victorian mansion, and the Lumberman’s Museum from early June through September.

Baxter State Park
Baxter State Park is a wilderness area of 202,064 acres, was a gift to the State of Maine by former Gov. Percival P. Baxter. In 1930 he made his first land purchase of 5,960 acres which included Katahdin, the highest mountain in Maine. Baxter State Park is 87 miles from the Lodge.

Moosehead Marine Museum
A National Historic Landmark, the Katahdin, more than any other remaining piece of Moosehead's history, truly reflects the many eras, interests, and businesses of the region's past and present. Built in 1914 by the young shipyard Bath Iron Works, the steamboat Katahdin was later converted to diesel, and has become the final link to a bygone era.
