I love the look of the chairs after the update. These kind of projects are what set innkeeping apart from the hotel business. Inn/Bed and Breakfast guests love to watch a project progress and will notice every little "improvement". Have fun!! P.S. Wish I were sitting in one of those chairs right now.

The dining room looks lovely and the outdoor winter scene is gorgeous. I was an innkeeper in the northeast and celebrated eleven (11) New Year's Eves with our guests. There is something magical about sharing this holiday with your inn guests. We found that over the years the same guests would plan to visit on New Years and they became like family. I still hear from many of these families, even though I retired from innkeeping in 1997.

Wishing you a beautiful winter season. The photo is lovely and reminds me of the magic that the first snowfall brings to all who witness it. I remember every year that I lived in the northeast, the first snowfall would arrive and my children's eyes would glisten. They would jump for joy, as if it was the first time they had witnessed this event.

Having once owned an inn in northern New hampshire, I enjoyed learning about your "going green" furnace project. I hope you will let us know how this works out for you at the end of this upcoming heating season.
